Robo-Veyor Bi-Directional Belt Feeder series, have the ability to feed a large variety of parts by the use of a storage conveyor traveling in the opposite direction of a orientor conveyor. The feeder is capable of producing high production rates, with gentle parts handling and low dba noise levels. Our versatile belt feeders are sized and configured to suit your specific requirements. Belt Feeders can be furnished with rubber belt, plastic chain or steel chain with a wide variety of drive options.

Low Profile - Bi Directional Belt Feeder with Reservoir Conveyor
Our low profile series belt feeder provides the ultimate solution in producing high production rates, with extremely gentle parts handling and minimal noise level. Our versatile feeders are sized and configured to suit your specific requirements. Belt Feeders can be furnished with rubber belt, plastic chain or steel chain with a wide variety of drive options.

Separate bulk supply loads product into reservoir conveyor as required. Product is conveyed on inclined reservoir conveyor, gently transferring parts on to horizontal orientor conveyor, traveling in the opposite direction.  Parts transfer along tooling wall, mis-oriented parts are guided off orientor tooling, gently sliding into reservoir conveyor for part recirculation.  Correctly oriented parts pass through orientor tooling discharging off end of orientor conveyor.
